Rev. Hazell Quarles was born and raised in Anderson, S.C. He is married to Abigail Elaine Quarles. Together they have five children and a host of grandchildren. Rev. Quarles is a humble servant of God. He has been at NSBC over 28 years. Philippians 4:13- " I can do all this through him who gives me strength "
